Cardholder Agreement

Version 1.0 · Effective January 1, 2026

1. Virtual card usage

Dollars Cards are virtual USD cards issued by our card issuing partners under the Visa and Mastercard networks. They can be used online and for in-app payments wherever the network is accepted.

2. Merchant acceptance

Certain merchants may not accept virtual cards, may require 3-D Secure authentication, or may require cards issued in specific regions. Acceptance is at the merchant’s discretion.

3. Spending limits

Cards have configurable per-transaction, daily and monthly spend limits. Limits are subject to product, risk and network constraints and may be adjusted by you or by us as required.

4. Card expiration

Every card has an expiration date embedded on the card. After expiration, the card can no longer be used and a new card must be created.

5. Replacement and reissuance

You may request a new card at any time subject to the applicable creation fee. Cards reported lost or stolen are terminated immediately and cannot be reactivated.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any card where we detect fraud, sanctions concerns, or violation of our policies, or where required by our issuing partners or law.

7. Security responsibilities

  • Keep your card number, expiry, CVV and one-time codes confidential.
  • Never share card details in unsolicited messages or calls.
  • Freeze the card immediately from the app if you suspect compromise.

8. Unauthorised transactions

Report suspected unauthorised transactions within 60 days. Timely reporting significantly improves the likelihood of a successful chargeback.

9. Card fees

Fees applicable to card creation, funding, withdrawal, replacement and closure are listed in the Fee Schedule.
